چکیده

A 56-day feeding trial was conducted in a flow-through seawater system to investigate the effects of lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) on growth performance and lipid metabolism turbot. Four experimental diets were prepared, differing only LPC supplementation, namely, 0 (LPC-0, control), 0.1 (LPC-0.1), 0.25 (LPC-0.25), 0.5% (LPC-0.5) dry matter. Each diet randomly fed triplicate tanks. LPC-0.1 LPC-0.25 led significantly higher weight gain than control diet, highest observed LPC-0.1. Compared group, LPC-supplemented groups had survival lower hepatosomatic index viscerosomatic index. contents crude ash whole fish. Dietary supplementation basic decrease metabolism-related biochemical parameters serum but very minor influence fatty acid composition liver subcutaneous tissue around fin (STF). High levels upregulated mRNA expression BSAL ApoEα both STF. In conclusion, dietary (0.1-0.25%) enhanced growth, lowered accumulation juvenile turbot, regulated metabolism. However, it seldom influenced composition.
